A Yogic Weekend to Reconnect with Yourself

Are you feeling overwhelmed, constantly checking your phone, and finding it hard to focus? It might be time for a reset. At Bharat Yogavidya Kendra, we invite you to take a break from the digital world and dive into a space of peace and self-discovery.

Our Digital Detox & Inner Recharge program is designed to help you disconnect from screens and reconnect with your inner self. This is a complete digital detox; you will be required to surrender your phone and other digital devices upon arrival. In return, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the present moment, reconnect with nature, and find joy in reading a physical book.

What to Expect

  • A Total Unplug: A zero-screen weekend, creating a space free from digital distractions so you can be truly present.

  • Holistic Yogic Practices: Start your day with calming Pranayama (breathwork) and mindful Hatha Yoga to energize the body and mind.

  • Deep Relaxation: Experience Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation technique that induces deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

  • Mindful Connection: Enjoy guided nature walks, connect with fellow participants through light-hearted yogic games, and attend evening Aarti.

  • Insightful Discussions: Engage in an interactive Q&A session to deepen your understanding of the practices.

  • Nourish Your Body: Enjoy simple, delicious, and sattvic meals throughout your stay.

A Glimpse into Your Day

To give you an idea of the flow, here is a typical daily schedule for the retreat:

  • 6:00 AM: Aarti at Temple (Optional)

  • 6:30 AM: Pranayama (Breathwork for clarity)

  • 7:00 AM: Hatha Yoga (Mindful movement)

  • 8:30 AM: Sattvic Breakfast

  • 9:30 AM: Personal Time (Reading, Journaling, Reflection)

  • 11:00 AM: Interactive Q&A Session

  • 12:00 PM: Yoga Nidra (Guided deep relaxation)

  • 1:00 PM: Sattvic Lunch

  • 2:00 PM: Personal Time (Rest, Reading)

  • 3:30 PM: Evening Tea

  • 4:00 PM: Mindful Nature Walk

  • 6:00 PM: Evening Aarti

  • 6:30 PM: Yogic Games (Light-hearted connection)

  • 7:00 PM: Sattvic Dinner
